it is time to move on, no lawsuit is going to make it better, you take chances on most sports the chances of getting injured, it no ones fault but yours

How could a person (the caretaker) know that a kid was going to go sliding down a hill and hit a tree? Next to impossible - chances of being hit by lightning are about the same odds. It's not the caretaker, the city or whatever's fault. Things get snow covered and you can't plow the back side of a park full of trees and mother nature takes care of her own. Sue Mother Nature or God and see where it gets you.
