At one point wasn't the county spraying for mosquito control? Is there any chance of that happening again, it would be nice to go outside this spring.
I have even had to use deet free bug repellent on my dogs. They have been bitten up just going outside to do their business.
I hope everyone is going around their property and dumping out any standing water to help with the situation. Old tires, kiddie pools not being used, bird baths not emptied and refilled daily.. all contribute to the problem.
I deliver a paper on a motor route, when I get to the township where there are a lot of woods, I have to roll my windows up between deliveries just to keep them out as mush as possible.
Living in the township right now, you simply can not go outside for 2 minutes without bug spray. They are absolutely relentless at this point.
