He's a 74-year-old retired businessman and three-time cancer survivor.

In his latest blog post, the local senior citizen fitness advocate pushes his "two-minute warning" advice.

"Many years ago, my doctor told me that if I work out for 20 minutes, 'it's the last two minutes that really count,'" Jimmy O wrote. "I never forgot that and I apply that to my training."
