All that needs to take place is for each driver to actually follow the laws and rules of the road and drive defensively by always looking out for other drivers who are distracted and not paying attention to the road. No need to get mad at anyone, it's just an emotion and you'll get over it, however what you won't get over is if you get so mad and angry that all of your attention focuses on the driver that you got so angry over and you loose focus on your driving by this distraction and you end up causing an accident. If people just drove their vehicles consciously and aware the roads would be a much safer place to be.
