For all those whom have been put over by the goals and hopes of the Grand Landing project, I would certainly think twice before moving into the locations. The management is MIA, the majority of the residents are snooty and messy. It is basically free rule in the buildings with the management and security of the location being zero. There is are personal belongings scattered everywhere and people feel its even necessary to park in handicap spaces and for that matter anywhere a car can fit.

Several people have been effected by this ignorance and neglect by the owners of the dog allowing it to urinate off their 3rd floor balcony just for it to drip and run down the rails onto of new patio furniture. Please link this review and rant to anyone thinking about moving into the location. With the new ground being broken on the other locations this summer sure seems that will will end as the naysayers had predicted. #FAIL

Who wouldn't want to live in a "prison architecture", concrete block condo built on a former dump and overlooking a highway and fast food joint?

Dog urine is icing on the cake.
