SWEETWATER, Tenn. (AP) — A man recently added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top Ten Most Wanted list has been identified as an escapee from a Michigan prison.

Bureau officials say Todd Joseph Sweet, 34, is wanted in Tennessee for his alleged involvement in a scheme to swindle vehicles from a Sweetwater automobile dealership.

Sweet is accused of operating under multiple aliases — including Jamie Lee Turpin, Joe Turpin, Joseph Douglas Clegg and Joseph Douglas Dragone.

The Muskegon man walked away from a work detail in May 2007 while serving time in the Kinross Correctional Facility in Kincheloe, Mich. He was serving time for larceny and fraud.
