Five children hurt in car-bus collision in GR

GRAND RAPIDS (AP) — Five children have suffered minor injuries in a school bus crash in Grand Rapids this morning.

Police said a car rear-ended the school bus at an intersection in the city. The driver of the car was being treated for injuries, with an ambulance at the scene.

Lt. William Nowicki said the injuries to the children aren't thought to be serious.
