Guns vs. Hoses game to benefit DeKleine kids

HOLLAND — The fourth annual Guns versus Hoses softball game between the Holland police and fire departments will be a benefit for the children of Ken and Lori DeKleine.

Ken DeKleine, a former Holland police officer, was sentenced Aug. 25 to life in prison for the murder of his wife, Lori DeKleine, in January.

The game will be played at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Matt Urban Sports Complex in Holland. There will be free hot dogs, pulled pork and ice cream available for spectators.
