Steven James Boon, age 42, of Charlotte, N.C. passed away Thursday, May 28, 2009, at his home after a lengthy battle with cancer.

He was born May 23, 1967, in Grand Haven to Arie and Joann (Noordhof). Steve is survived by his loving family including his wife, Kelly; his children, Madeline and Logan; his parents, Arie and Joann Boon of Grand Haven; and sister Linda (Bill) Brown and brother David (Yvonne) Boon of Grand Haven.

The Celebration of Life Visitation will be between the hours of 2-5 p.m. Sunday, June 28, in the First Reformed Church all-purpose room (please use east entrance).
