Shoulder closures along U.S. 31 begin Monday

Both northbound and southbound U.S. 31 from the southern Ottawa County line north to Robbins Road will have shoulder closures beginning Monday.

The intermittent shoulder closures will be in place for signing upgrades through Dec. 14, the Michigan Department of Transportation said.
