The event is a fundraiser for PEO, a women's philanthropic educational organization.
The show is a collaboration between master floral designer Robert Friese and multimedia artist James Lutke. Friese is known for the woodland design event called "Nature's Creative Edge," which is held annually at his Fruitport home.
The artists will use branches, mosses, greens and berries enhanced with ribbon and ornament accents to create holiday décor. Completed pieces will be available at a silent auction.
"We will not use fresh flowers, but materials that will last through the entire holiday season," Friese said. "This will be home décor from the front door to the back, and everything in between some traditional, some modern."
The audience will observe as the artists create their original designs. Alice Waterous of Grand Haven will be the commentator.
Refreshments will be served throughout the event. Seating is limited to 180 tickets.
Tickets are $20 and are available in Grand Haven at Euroflora, 104 Washington; Panache, 126 Washington; Panache Home, 218 Washington; St. John's Episcopal Church, 524 Washington; or by calling 844-6778 or e-mailing landyachtbakehouse@gmail.com
