Bayou park planning meeting on Thursday

ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP — The first public master planning meeting to discuss possible improvements to the Eastmanville Bayou park property on 68th Avenue, south of the Grand River bridge in Allendale Township, will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

It will take place in the main conference room of Allendale Township Hall, 6676 Lake Michigan Drive.

Information will be presented about the project's status, planning process, existing site features and initial ideas for development.

A second public input meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 10, at the same location. More detailed plans incorporating comments and ideas from the first meeting will be presented at that meeting, which will also begin at 6:30 p.m.
