N.O. Rod and Gun Club to host Plaid Shirt Party

The North Ottawa Rod and Gun Club will hold a Plaid Shirt Party to benefit Youth Hunter Safety Programs on Thursday.

The event begins with cocktails at 5:30 p.m., followed by a turkey and ham dinner at 6:30. The band Sweet Justice will play, and several raffles and prizes will be available, including a Weatherby Vanguard rifle with a scope, a guided turkey hunt, and jewelry from J. Morgan's Jewelers.

The event is open to the public. Donations will be accepted. Everyone in attendance is urged to wear their favorite plaid, orange or camo shirt.
