WMC POSTPONED
Western Michigan Christian's soccer game with Muskegon Catholic Central will be continued Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
The Warriors and Crusaders were battling to a 0-0 tie with 14 minutes left in the first half at Warrior Field Thursday night when one pole of lights developed an electrical problem and it affected other field lights. The situation was partially remedied, but then the officials decided to call the game due to the wet condition of the field.
JUNIOR VARSITY: Zeeland East scored the first goal, but WMC scored the next seven to defeat Zeeland 7-1. Jason Prince and Collin Breit scored twice for the Warriors while Jae Wan Park, David Cook and Tim Schuitema each added goals.
