A 16-year-old boy from Wyandotte Roosevelt High School was taken to the hospital Friday after possibly suffering a medical emergency while diving in the pool during the Division 2 state swimming and diving meet at the Holland Community Aquatic Center.
A Holland man deemed by the court as a sexual delinquent will spend the rest of his life in prison for three separate incidents of flashing his genitalia to young girls.
One of the flashing incidents took place in Grand Haven last summer.
(UPDATE: 1:20 p.m. Tuesday) The Grand Haven Department of Public Safety says it is conducting a “death investigation” after responding to a medical emergency call in the 1000 block of Sheldon Road late Monday afternoon.
Sirens filled the air late Monday afternoon as police and firefighters rushed across Beacon Boulevard from a medical emergency on Sheldon Road to a possible fire at Hope’s Outlet Thrift Store, 1100 Washington Ave.
