It would have been my car, a 2011 Ford Fusion if Preferred Ford did not sell me a lemon that they deny there is a problem with (the very common transmission failures with these cars). It has drove like crap since new and they say there is nothing wrong.
Want to be the judge? I made a youtube video of it, showing the problem. Sorry about my voice, I'm deathly sick with a sinus infection right now...
You tell me if this is normal for a car... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...
Your first mistake was buyin' local Signal, they only care about the sale and not the customers after the fact. I saved over 5K going to Grand Rapids for my 2013 GMC Denalli HD. The dealership on Robbins Rd was trying to stick it to me on the exact same model and options That I bought in GR.
Yep, major mistake, but hindsight is 20/20.
Today, the car started dumping oil out of the crankshaft seal at the front of the engine. Looks like its toast.
Preferred Ford has to be one of the worst dealers around. I should have just purchased a good used car; I would have saved all the headaches, and also wouldn't have lost 30% of the value just for driving it off the lot.
And Preferred on Robbins is really starting to tick me off when they plow snow 8' high all around my signal cabinet next to their lot. They are knocking it off its foundation, and possibly putting the public at serious risk if the wiring is damaged. Not to mention it takes me a couple hours to dig my way to the box so I can simply access it to perform my inspections. Their lot is partially on RR property, yet they think they can plow snow wherever.
