Disc golf flies

A new disc golf course on the west side of Spring Lake Township appears to be just a chip shot away.

Township Manager Gordon Gallagher is expected to unveil the preliminary plans for a new fire station at the northeast corner of M-104 and Fruitport Road at Wednesday's Spring Lake Village Planning Commission meeting.
