Village Council hopes an on-again, off-again state grant will be on again. Council on Monday gave Village Manager Ryan Cotton the go-ahead to apply for a Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant for the purpose of purchasing a half-acre vacant parcel adjacent to Mill Point Park, at School and Exchange streets.
