Old Fashioned Days is a six-day annual event organized and hosted by the Fruitport Lions Club.
Fruitport Old Fashioned Days runs May 23-28. The Memorial Day Parade will begin at 2 p.m.
The fire was reported just before 5 a.m. March, 30, at Storm’s Ahead Kennels near E. Mount Garfield and Maple Island roads in Fruitport Township.
The sinkhole was first noticed Feb. 20.
