SL swimmer Cotterall goes all out all the time

Spring Lake senior Ginny Cotterall said when she began swimming the 500 meters, she would often receive advice from other swimmers or coaches about maintaining a comfortable pace early on, so she wouldn't risk the chance of wearing herself out by the end of the 20 laps.
