Three automobile touring clubs made an appearance in Grand Haven on Monday morning.

The Middle Tennessee Touring Club, Central Kentucky Region Restorers Club and Michigan Touring Club roamed through the city until eventually ending up at the state park. In total, 21 cars, dating back to the 1930s, lined up in the parking lot to show off their old-school assets.

Bob Sullivan of the Middle Tennessee Touring Club is the owner of a Ford Model A. He said his club tours 2-3 times a year, but this was their first time to Grand Haven.

While Sullivan is a newcomer to touring his car, having just five years’ experience, some of his peers have been at it for nearly 20 years.

Within the next two weeks, the group will venture to Colorado, where the city of Loveland will be hosting the 2016 Model A Ford Club of America national convention.
