What makes your classroom special? These kids are rock stars! They love learning and care for one another.

What is your classroom's motto? Help teach a friend.

What is your classroom the most proud of? Proud of the students for their great teamwork skills. They work well together in cooperative groups as they inquire, research, communicate and design iMovies and Ebooks.

Fun fact about your classroom: We love learning with classes around the world. We joined in The Global Read Aloud, quad-blogging groups and right now we are collaborating with a class from the Ukraine on a zoo inquiry project.

What would you like the community to know? First-graders are amazing thinkers, creators and friends.
