Grand Haven Christian School students ran laps Friday afternoon to raise funds for tuition assistance.

So far, students have raised $15,000 in the fundraiser called Walk by Faith. The kids will continue collecting funds for the next two weeks.

Last year, they raised about $23,000, which helps keep education affordable, said Kristin Clausing, the school’s development and enrollment coordinator.

“We walk by faith because we trust God has great big plans for Grand Haven Christian School,” Clausing told students during the event.
