Many Grand Haven eateries are getting ready to dish up some excitement during the upcoming week, Feb. 16-24. It will feature more than 20 restaurants in Grand Haven’s downtown and Centertown.
Kicking off the event is the return of the Hopped Up Home Brew Competition, with the winner announced at The Kirby House at 6 p.m. Friday. The Best of Show winner gets the right to have their recipe brewed at Odd Side Ales and featured on tap this spring.
The focus on crafting specialty brews continues Saturday, with the fourth annual Michigan Craft Beer Crawl from 2-6 p.m. A dozen guest breweries will be hosted at Main Street pubs, with tap takeovers and staff on hand to discuss what makes each brew unique.
