The Grand Haven football program is set to host their annual golf-outing fundraiser coming up on July 13, continuing their four-person scramble format at Grand Haven Golf Club.

Entry will cost $400 per team or $100 per player with all proceeds generated from the outing going toward the Grand Haven football programs — including Grand Haven High School, Lakeshore Middle School and the Grand Haven Young Bucs Football Club — to provide funding for officials, the purchasing of uniforms, financial assistance for athletes, equipment and coaching/staff training.

Three sponsorship levels are available with ascending incentives. Big Buc’s sponsorships run at $2,500 and guarantee golf at the event for eight players, a company logo on the first tee box, a spot as a signature sponsor in all media coverage and eight 2018-19 GHHS athletics season passes. Captain sponsors include golf for four, a company logo on the putting green and four athletic season passes for $1,000, while First Mate sponsors net golf for four, a logo placed on the driving range and four athletic passes for $750. Tee sponsorships are also available for $200, giving the buyer a sponsorship sign on a designated tee box.

The event begins at 7:30 a.m. with the opening of registration and the silent auction ahead of the 9 a.m. shotgun start. A BBQ luncheon and live auction will follow the round.
