GEORGETOWN TWP. — A 58-year-old Jenison woman was injured in a three-car crash Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Baldwin Street and 12th Avenue.

Emergency crews responded to the scene at about 12:30 p.m.

Linda McDonald was driving a 2008 Honda east on Baldwin and failed to stop for a red light at the 12th Avenue interesection, according to witnesses, said Sgt. Brian Buter of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department.

McDonald’s vehicle struck a car driven by Becky Simonds, 54, of Jenison and pushed her vehicle into a third car driven by Katelyn Ysquierdo, 28, of Jenison.

Neither Simonds nor Ysquierdo were injured.

McDonald was ticketed for disregarding a traffic device.
