OLIVE TWP. — Two men were injured in a rear-end crash Sunday afternoon on northbound U.S. 31 in Olive Township.

Myles Labeau, 26, of Spring Lake was driving a 2015 Ford Fiesta north on the highway and had stopped for a red light at Port Sheldon Street. Sheena Dirheimer, 34, of Grand Haven — who was also northbound in a 2007 Honda Accord — told police she did not see the other car stopped at the light and struck the Fiesta.

Dirheimer and two children in her vehicle were not injured in the crash.

Labeau and his passenger, 21-year-old Jared Visger of Shelby, were transported by ambulance to North Ottawa Community Hospital in fair condition, according to Sgt. Eric Westveer of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
