A 22-year-old Muskegon woman sought her own treatment for injuries following a two-car crash Tuesday morning in Grand Haven.

The woman was using the Michigan turn-around to go from northbound to southbound Beacon Boulevard, south of Taylor Avenue, when she lost control of her vehicle and hit another car driven by a 39-year-old Grand Haven man, according to Sgt. Josh Tomes of the Grand Haven Department of Public Safety.

The woman complained of a leg injury, but she refused medical care, Tomes said. She was ticketed for careless driving.

No information was available on the other driver.

The crash occurred shortly after 7:30 a.m.
