On Wednesday November 22nd, 2017 Paul VanderMolen, age 76 of Grand Haven MI., went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Paul was born on March 15th, 1941 in Grand Haven MI to Cornelius and Margaret VanderMolen. He is survived by his wife Sharon (Shari) Monk VanderMolen. Paul graduated from Grand Haven High School.

Paul’s blessed life included being the proud father of four children and 5 grandchildren, daughters Shawn (Doug) Hall, Katy (Dave) Way, 2 sons Martin (Carrie) VanderMolen, and Edward VanderMolen. His grandchildren, Cammie and Cassie VanderMolen, Morgan Way, Chase Hall, Michelle Gill and 4 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Cornelius and Margret VanderMolen, daughter Shawn Hall, Marilynn Tubergen, Delores Teeter, and Lori VanderMolen, brother in laws Norman Teeter, Melvin Simpson and Karen VanderMolen.

He is survived by 5 sisters, Bev Simpson, Marge (Dennis) Flahive, Jan and (Tom) Peet, Connie Tuttle Kathy (Barry) Kennedy along with several, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

The memorial service for Paul will be held at All Shores Wesleyan Church, 15550 Cleveland St. in Spring Lake, Michigan, on Monday December 11th at 2 p.m. with Pastor Peter Yoshoms officiating. Friends and family are welcome to visit one hour prior to the Memorial. A luncheon and time of fellowship will follow the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
