Emma was a woman of deep faith. She was an avid gardener, seamstress, wonderful cook/baker, and lover of birds and nature. Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin; son, Timothy; and daughters, Jacquelyn “Jackie’ and Janice. Emma is survived by her daughters: Carolyn (Arthur) Butler, Barbara (Pete) Troupos and Debra (the Rev. Daniel) Behmlander; 14 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 15, 2019, at St. Luke Lutheran Church with the Rev. Brennan Woell officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Conklin. Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville and Saturday at St. Luke Lutheran Church from 10-11 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to St. Luke Lutheran Church.
