The City of Grand Haven Planning Commission has scheduled Public Hearings to gather citizen input on the following requests:
1. Case 19-24: A request for a Special Use Permit for a Mixed Use Development located at 400 North Ferry Street (parcel #70-03-21-415-026). This project will also require a Site Plan Review.
2. Case 19-27: A request for a Special Use Permit for a proposed mixed use development (Warehouse and Research and Development) located at 815 Verhoeks Street (parcel #70-03-28-112-002). This project will also require a Site Plan Review.
The Public Hearings are scheduled for Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 7:30 pm in the City of Grand Haven Council Chambers, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact the Community Development Department at 616-847-3490.
Individuals may express their opinions in person at the public hearing, or written comments may be addressed to Jennifer Howland, Community Development Manager, Grand Haven Planning Commission, 11 N Sixth Street, Grand Haven, MI 49417. To be considered at the public hearing, written, emailed and faxed comments must be received by 12:00PM, Tuesday, October 8, 2019.
