Righteous Cuisine is featuring a Brazilian dish called feijoda, a stew made of beans and various meats.

Following the success of last year’s inaugural Grand Haven Hispanic Fiesta, organizers faced a challenge – how to organize a second festival without a large public gathering due to COVID-19.

“Obviously, we had the big fiesta last year, and we had some momentum going from that,” said Hispanic Fiesta board member Brenda Amaya. “We didn’t want to lose that, so we put our heads together and asked, ‘What could we do?’”
