The Grand Haven Offshore Challenge is one of the largest fishing tournaments in Michigan, with big stakes and — hopefully — even bigger fish.

Captain Willis Kerridge started the tournament in 1996 and helped run it for years. Now, he is less involved in the organization of the event, focusing more on competing in the professional side of the pro/am tourney. The team he competes on, Living the Dream, took home the $15,000 first prize last year.
