SPRING LAKE — Jennifer Nicles set out a goal for herself several years ago. The Spring Lake mother of three says she had a strong desire to serve on the local school board until all of her kids finished school.
In early November, she received good tidings in fulfilling that goal. And on Monday night, the good vibes kept rolling.
