County receives $1.1 million for homeless services

HOLLAND — Beth Larsen of Grand Haven was recently named executive director of the Center for Women in Transition (CWIT).

She replaces Charisse Mitchell, who recently left CWIT after eight years as its executive director to become CEO for the YWCA West Central Michigan in Grand Rapids.
