St. Patrick/St. Anthony shows off expansion, renovations

Participating with Mayor Geri McCaleb and Father Chuck Schwartz in the June 16 ribbon cutting at St. Patrick/St. Anthony Catholic Church in Grand Haven were (from left to right): Parish Administrator Jimmy Beauchamp; Sheila Steffel, the architect from TowerPinkster; Tom Sturr, construction management; Mike Novakowski of Elzinga & Volkers; McCaleb; Jeff Beswick; Schwartz; Holly Cole of the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation; Deacon Lance Walters; and Jeff Andrini, director of Faith Formation at St. Pat's. Beswick and Steffel were co-directors of the parish's capital campaign.

The community was invited to an open house earlier this summer to see the expansion and renovated space at the St. Patrick/St. Anthony Catholic Church in Grand Haven.

The occasion featured the newly completed Parish Life Center and renovations to the church and Outreach Center.
