Who knew getting food from a truck could be a thing? Who knew it could be such a popular thing?

Food trucks were popular during the COVID-19 pandemic as many restaurants had to shut down and were looking for alternative ways to serve customers and stay afloat. It was a great way to “go out” to eat and support local restaurants.
