FRUITPORT — Reeths-Puffer has now knocked out local boys soccer teams in consecutive years, as they beat Fruitport 3-1 on the road Thursday night in an opening-round district game.

Thursday felt as normal as a boys soccer game has all season, with more spectators allowed in to watch the Trojans host the Rockets. A number of Fruitport students were able to see their team in action for the first time all year.
