The Spring Lake Township Board earlier this week approved an 88-unit condominium development on Spring Lake Country Club land.
Developers would like to build a 98-site RV park with cottages at Pere Marquette Park in Muskegon.
Construction will begin for both developments in 2019.
The developers have proposed a 26-condominium development comprised of 13 buildings along 152nd Avenue, just south of Groesbeck Street.
The new building will be located in the space of the former Harbourfront Hobbies & Crafts at 707 Washington Ave., which was demolished in January 2017.
